Ozo Hotels Cordial Amsterdam, Amsterdam

My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The room was spotless, and the staff was nice, even though the room was a bit small, it was great value for money. The basic room was somewhat drab and a bit chilly during my visit, but it didn't take away from the experience.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice, though I had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning. They were clean, perfect for a quick rest, and just right for a weekend getaway for two. The service was positive overall, with friendly staff, but the constant presence of laundry and limited elevator space was a bit inconveniencing. The location was excellent, right next to Amsterdam's dungeon, although the proximity to a nearby building and cleaning area could be better managed. The dining options were average, and it would have been nice if breakfast was included. A few standout features included a map of main sights and well-furnished rooms, though there were noticeably no standout facilities.
